Possible Causes
Faulty temperature sensor, Firmware calibration issue, Poor thermal contact between sensor and pot, Using Keep Warm with very small food quantity
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use caution when opening the lid; steam may be hotter than expected.
- Avoid extended warm times: Limit Keep Warm duration, especially for small portions.
- Add moisture: Add a small amount of water or sauce before activating Keep Warm to prevent drying.
- Check sensor contact: Inspect the bottom NTC sensor and ensure it is firmly attached to the heating plate.
- Test with water: Fill the pot with water and measure temperature during Keep Warm with a kitchen thermometer. If it is significantly above typical holding temperatures (around 60–75°C), the sensor or control board may be faulty.
