Possible Causes
Failed heater relay on PCB, Broken heater wiring, Disconnected temperature sensor causing safety lockout, Firmware glitch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker and allow it to cool before opening the base.
- Listen for relay click: When starting a program, you should hear a soft click from inside. If not, the relay may not be energizing.
- Inspect heater wiring: Remove the bottom cover and check that the heater wires are firmly connected and not burnt.
- Check sensor connection: Ensure the NTC sensor connector is properly seated; some models will not energize the heater if the sensor is disconnected.
- Reset power: Unplug for 10 minutes and retry. If the timer still runs without heat, the heater relay or control circuit likely needs board-level repair or replacement.
