How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening the control panel.

  • Dry panel: If liquid was spilled on the panel, allow it to dry completely. Do not use the cooker until fully dry.
  • Inspect cable: Remove the front panel and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the PCB.
  • Test switches: Press each button and listen/feel for a click. Replace individual tact switches or the entire control panel PCB if multiple keys fail.
