How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening the case.
- Reseat connectors: Access the bottom of the unit and reseat the bottom sensor connector on the PCB.
- Inspect harness: Look for any cuts or burns on the sensor wiring. Replace the sensor harness if damaged.
- Test sensor: Measure resistance of the NTC sensor and compare with service specs. Replace the bottom NTC sensor if out of range.
- PCB replacement: If wiring and sensor are good, replace the main control PCB.
