Possible Causes
Faulty pressure transducer, Blocked pressure port, Damaged pressure sensor wiring, Failed ADC circuit on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure all pressure is released before opening the lid. Unplug the cooker.
- Clean pressure port: On pressure-capable Panasonic multicookers, locate the pressure sensor port or tube (often connected near the steam vent). Clean any food residue or starch blocking the port using a soft brush and warm water. Dry thoroughly.
- Inspect sensor wiring: Trace the small tube or port to the pressure sensor on the PCB or a small module. Check for loose connectors or damaged wires.
- Reset and test: Reassemble, plug in, and test. If H24 returns, the pressure sensor or its circuit is likely defective.
- Replace sensor: Replace the pressure sensor module if it is a separate part. If integrated into the PCB, replace the main control PCB.
