How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening the housing.
- Reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes to clear any firmware lockup, then retry.
- Check child lock: Some models have a child lock function. Refer to the manual to disable it.
- Inspect control panel cable: Remove the front or top cover to access the control panel PCB. Ensure the ribbon cable is fully seated in its connector.
- Test start button: Press the START key repeatedly and feel for a tactile click. If mushy or unresponsive, replace the tact switch or the entire control panel board.
