Possible Causes
Clogged condensation collector, Cracked inner pot, Damaged inner pot coating allowing seepage at rivets, Loose internal hose or seal
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker and let it cool. Do not operate with water inside the base.
- Check condensation collector: Remove and empty the condensation collector cup (if equipped). Clean and reinstall correctly.
- Inspect inner pot: Fill the pot with water and place it on a dry surface outside the cooker. Check for drips indicating a crack or leak. Replace the inner pot if leaking.
- Inspect internal seals: Remove the outer shell (if serviceable) and look for loose or cracked silicone hoses from the lid to the collector. Replace any damaged condensation hoses or grommets.
- Dry the base: Thoroughly dry the interior before reassembly to prevent electrical damage.
