Possible Causes

Insufficient liquid in inner pot, Inner pot not detected, Warped inner pot base, Faulty dry-boil sensor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug and allow the cooker to cool before adding liquid.

  • Check liquid level: Open the lid and verify there is enough water or cooking liquid. Add at least the minimum amount recommended for the selected program.
  • Inspect inner pot: Ensure the ProCook inner pot is correctly seated and its base is clean and flat. Remove any debris from the heating plate.
  • Reset: After adding liquid and reseating the pot, plug the cooker back in and restart the program.
  • Persistent H2O: If the error appears even with adequate liquid and a good pot, the dry-boil sensor or temperature sensing circuit may be faulty and require service.
