Possible Causes
Dust buildup on fan blades, Worn fan bearings, Fan motor failure, Fan connector loose on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the cooker before accessing the fan. Do not insert objects into the fan while powered.
- Access fan: Remove the bottom or side cover (depending on model) to reach the cooling fan.
- Clean blades: Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust and debris from the fan and surrounding area.
- Check spin: Gently spin the fan by hand. If it feels rough or does not spin freely, the bearings may be worn and the fan should be replaced.
- Verify connection: Ensure the fan's power connector is firmly seated on the control PCB.
- Replace fan: Install a compatible replacement fan if it does not run when the cooker is operating and should be cooling.
