Multicooker vibrates excessively or moves on the countertop during operation.

Safety: Ensure the cooker cannot fall from the counter. Do not place it near edges.

• Check surface: Place the cooker on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Avoid soft or uneven surfaces.
• Inspect rubber feet: Turn the unit upside down (unplugged and cool) and check that all rubber feet are present and intact. Replace missing or worn feet.
• Tighten screws (advanced): Remove the bottom cover and gently tighten chassis and heater mounting screws.
• Fan check: If your ProfiCook model has a cooling fan, inspect it for debris or bent blades and clean carefully.
• Monitor: If vibration persists or worsens, have a technician inspect for internal damage.
