Persistent food odors remain in the multicooker even after cleaning.

• Deep clean removable parts: Remove the inner pot, sealing ring, inner lid (if removable), steam release valve, and condensation cup. Wash all with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Deodorize sealing ring: Soak the silicone ring in a solution of warm water and vinegar (1:1) for 1–2 hours, then rinse and air dry.
• Steam clean cycle: Run a short steam cycle with water and a few tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar to deodorize internal surfaces.
• Use separate rings: Consider using separate sealing rings for savory and sweet dishes to reduce odor transfer.
• Replace parts: If odors persist, replace the sealing ring and, if necessary, the inner lid assembly.
