Possible Causes
Incorrect temperature calibration on control PCB, Faulty NTC sensor, Stuck relay or triac, Poor thermal contact between sensor and plate
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before internal checks.
Steps:
- Observe behaviour: After cooking, monitor the Keep Warm mode. If it boils vigorously, the unit is overheating; if it cools completely, it is underheating.
- Check sensor seating: Ensure the NTC sensor is firmly against the heating plate.
- Test with water: Fill the pot with water and run Keep Warm. Measure water temperature after 30–60 minutes. It should be hot but not boiling.
Repair: Replace the NTC temperature sensor first. If the problem remains, the control PCB likely needs replacement.
