Possible Causes
Faulty NTC temperature sensor, Poor contact between pot and heating plate, Pressure sensor misreading, Firmware logic issue
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow the cooker to cool before internal inspection.
Steps:
- Check pot and plate: Ensure the inner pot and heating plate are clean and in full contact. Remove any debris.
- Use correct volume: Very small quantities of food can heat too quickly and trigger early completion. Follow minimum volume guidelines.
- Sensor check: Inspect the NTC sensor for proper seating and damage. Replace if loose or corroded.
- Reset unit: Unplug for 10 minutes to reset the control board, then retry.
Repair: If the issue persists across multiple programs, replace the NTC temperature sensor. If that fails, the control PCB may be at fault.
