Possible Causes
Loose mains plug, Damaged power cord, Loose internal power connector, Failing power supply components on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before inspecting the cord or internal components.
- Check plug fit: Ensure the plug fits firmly in the socket. Try a different outlet to rule out a loose wall socket.
- Inspect cord: Flex the cord gently while the unit is on (with caution) to see if movement causes flicker. If so, replace the cord.
- Internal connectors: Open the housing and check the power input connector and any spade terminals for looseness. Tighten as needed.
If flickering persists after cord and connector checks, the internal power supply on the control PCB may be failing and the board should be replaced.
