Possible Causes
Keep Warm mode not enabled at end of program, Faulty temperature sensor reading higher than actual, Weak heating element output at low power, Control board not switching to warm cycle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure food safety by not leaving food in the danger zone (5–60°C) for extended periods.
- Confirm mode: Check that the Keep Warm indicator is lit after cooking. Some programs require manual activation of Keep Warm.
- Test with water: Fill the pot with water, activate Keep Warm, and measure temperature after 30–60 minutes. If water is barely warm, heating is insufficient.
- Inspect sensor and wiring: Verify that the NTC sensor is properly attached to the heating plate and wiring is intact.
- Check for partial element failure: If other high-heat modes work normally, but Keep Warm is weak, the control board's low-power drive may be faulty.
If Keep Warm remains ineffective despite correct settings, the main PCB or sensor likely needs replacement.
