Possible Causes
Uneven countertop or missing rubber feet, Loose internal mounting of heating plate, Fan imbalance on models with cooling fan, Inner pot not seated properly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the cooker cannot fall from the counter. Do not leave it unattended if it is moving.
- Level the surface: Place the cooker on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Avoid soft or uneven surfaces.
- Check rubber feet: Inspect the bottom of the cooker for missing or worn rubber feet. Replace if necessary.
- Reseat inner pot: Remove and reseat the inner pot to ensure it is centered and fully down on the heating plate.
- Tighten internal mounts: With the unit unplugged, remove the bottom cover and tighten screws securing the heating plate and chassis.
If vibration is accompanied by unusual noises from an internal fan or motor, the fan assembly may need inspection and possible replacement.
