Possible Causes

Condensation collector cup missing or full, Cracked inner pot causing liquid seepage, Overfilled pot leading to boil-over, Damaged or misrouted condensation channel in lid

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the cooker before cleaning up any liquid near electrical parts.

  • Check condensation collector: Locate the small plastic condensation cup on the side or back of the cooker. Ensure it is installed correctly and not overflowing. Empty and clean it regularly.
  • Inspect inner pot: Remove the pot, fill it with water, and place it on a dry surface to check for cracks or leaks. Replace if any seepage is observed.
  • Avoid overfilling: Do not exceed the maximum fill line. For foods that foam, stay below the max line as recommended.
  • Clean condensation channel: Inspect the lid edge and any channels that direct condensation to the collector. Clear any blockages with warm water and a small brush.

If water appears to be leaking from inside the base rather than from the pot or lid, discontinue use and have the unit inspected for internal seal failures.
