How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the cooker before removing the control panel.

  • Dry the panel: If liquid was spilled, unplug immediately and allow the unit to dry for at least 24 hours in a warm, dry place.
  • Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the front panel and check the flat cable connecting the keypad to the PCB. Reseat both ends.
  • Check for corrosion: Look for green/white corrosion on connectors. Clean with contact cleaner and a soft brush.
  • Replace keypad: If specific buttons never work, replace the membrane keypad / control panel overlay. If all keys fail, the control PCB may also be defective.
