Possible Causes
Uneven countertop, Missing or hardened rubber feet, Loose inner pot causing rattling, Fan imbalance (fan‑equipped models)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the cooker cannot fall from the counter. Do not operate on unstable surfaces.
- Level the surface: Place the cooker on a flat, stable countertop. Avoid placing it on top of other appliances.
- Check rubber feet: Turn the cooker upside down (unplugged) and inspect the rubber feet. Replace missing or hardened feet with a rubber foot set.
- Secure inner pot: Ensure the inner pot is properly seated and not rattling. Do not operate the cooker empty.
- Inspect fan (if present): If vibration coincides with fan operation, check the fan blades for damage or debris and replace the cooling fan if imbalanced.
