Possible Causes
Condensation collector not installed or full, Cracked condensation tray, Lid gasket leaking condensate down the side, Overfilled inner pot causing boil‑over
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the cooker before cleaning up spilled water near electrical parts.
- Check condensation collector: Locate the rear or side condensation tray. Ensure it is properly inserted and not cracked. Empty it regularly.
- Inspect for boil‑over: Verify that the inner pot is not overfilled. Reduce volume for foamy foods.
- Examine gasket and lid: If water runs down the side, inspect the lid gasket and replace if worn. Clean the lid rim and body to ensure proper sealing.
- Replace tray: If the condensation collector is damaged, install a new condensation collector compatible with your Sencor model.
