Inner pot does not sit flat, wobbles, or makes scraping noises when inserted

Safety first: Unplug and let the cooker cool before inspecting the heating area.

• Inspect pot: Place the inner pot on a flat countertop; if it rocks, the base is warped and should be replaced.
• Check for debris: Remove any grains, screws, or debris from the heating plate area.
• Inspect spring plate: From the bottom, check that the spring plate is not bent or dislodged. Gently reshape if slightly bent, or replace if severely damaged.

Warning: Do not force a warped pot into the cooker; this can damage sensors and the heating plate.
