Loud clicking, popping, or metallic noises during heating or pressure build-up

Safety first: Turn off, unplug, and allow the cooker to cool before disassembly.

• Tighten screws: Remove the bottom cover and tighten all screws securing the heating plate and spring assembly.
• Check for debris: Remove any foreign objects between the plate and housing.
• Inspect pot: Replace the inner pot if it is deformed and causing uneven contact.
• Normal sounds: Some mild clicking from metal expansion is normal; focus on unusually loud or grinding noises.

Warning: Do not operate the cooker if metal parts are visibly loose or rattling.
