Avoid strong cleaners: Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners that can damage the touch surface.
Internal inspection (advanced): If issues persist, inspect the keypad PCB for corrosion or residue; clean with isopropyl alcohol if minor.

When to call a technician: Persistent ghosting usually requires replacement of the keypad or interface PCB.
