• Inspect internal connections (advanced): Remove the outer housing to access the control panel and main PCB. Reseat the ribbon cable between the display/keypad board and the main board. Ensure all connectors are fully inserted.
• Look for visible damage: Examine both PCBs for burn marks, bulging capacitors, or cracked solder joints. Any such damage usually requires board replacement.

When to call a technician: Persistent E10 after reseating cables indicates a likely PCB failure. Replacement of the main control board or user interface board should be done by a qualified technician.
