How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the cooker before disassembling the panel.

  • Surface cleaning: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry.
  • Internal cleaning: Remove the panel and clean the underside of the buttons and PCB with isopropyl alcohol to remove grease.
  • Check connector: Reseat the keypad ribbon cable.
  • Replace keypad: If certain buttons still fail, replace the keypad membrane or entire control panel.
