How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before disassembling the panel.
- Surface cleaning: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry.
- Internal cleaning: Remove the panel and clean the underside of the buttons and PCB with isopropyl alcohol to remove grease.
- Check connector: Reseat the keypad ribbon cable.
- Replace keypad: If certain buttons still fail, replace the keypad membrane or entire control panel.
