Possible Causes
Inner pot bottom warped, Loose heating plate mounting screws, Loose inner chassis or spring supports, Food debris trapped under pot
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and allow to cool before disassembly.
- Check inner pot: Remove the pot and inspect the bottom for warping or dents. Replace if significantly deformed.
- Clean under pot: Wipe the heating plate and remove any grains or debris that may cause uneven contact.
- Inspect mounting: Remove the bottom cover and check that the heating plate and inner chassis are firmly screwed to the outer shell. Tighten any loose screws.
- Normal sounds: Some light clicking from metal expansion is normal, but loud or new noises after a drop or impact suggest loose parts that should be secured.
