How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before opening the control panel.
- Check user settings: Consult the manual to see if a child lock or key lock feature is enabled. Disable it using the specified key combination.
- Panel reset: Unplug the cooker for 5–10 minutes, then plug back in and try again.
- Inspect keypad: Remove the front panel and check the Start button area for physical damage or contamination. Clean with a dry cloth.
- Ribbon cable: Reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad and main board.
