Possible Causes
Multiple sensor connectors unplugged, Main board sensor input failure, Internal harness not connected after previous repair, Manufacturing defect in sensor header
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening.
Steps:
- Remove the bottom cover and inspect all sensor connectors: bottom NTC, lid NTC (if present), and pressure sensor. Ensure each is firmly seated on the main PCB.
- Check that the harnesses are routed correctly and not under tension that could pull them loose when the unit is assembled.
- Inspect the PCB sensor header pins for bending or cracked solder joints. Gently straighten bent pins.
- Reassemble and test. If E0 persists with all sensors connected, the main control board’s sensor input circuitry is likely defective and the board should be replaced.
