• Once cool, try gently pressing down on the lid while turning it to the open position.
• If still stuck, unplug the unit and carefully inspect around the lid lock slot for visible debris. Use a thin plastic tool to dislodge any food particles.
• After opening, thoroughly clean the lid lock mechanism, sealing ring, and pot rim to prevent recurrence.
