Possible Causes

Steps:

Verify that the steam release valve is in the sealing position and that the float valve rises fully during preheat.
Clean the float valve, steam release valve, and anti-block shield to ensure no blockage.
Perform a water-only test. If the float rises but the timer never starts, the pressure sensor may not be reading correctly.
Inspect and, if necessary, replace the pressure sensor module following the E5 guidance.
