Possible Causes
Condensation collector cup missing or not installed, Overflow from condensation collector due to blockage, Sealing ring leaking and directing condensate outside, Cracked inner lid plate
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps:
- Check that the condensation collector (small plastic cup on the side or back of the cooker) is installed correctly and not full. Empty and reinstall it.
- Inspect the path from the lid condensation channel to the collector for blockages. Clean with warm water and a small brush.
- Examine the sealing ring and lid rim for damage or misalignment that could cause condensate to run down the outside instead of into the collector.
- Inspect the inner lid plate for cracks or gaps that could redirect condensate. Replace if damaged.
