U15 code appears and the cooker stops heating or will not start a program.

Safety first: Unplug the cooker and allow it to cool before cleaning.

Cleaning steps:

• Remove the inner pot and soak it to loosen any burnt food. Do not scrape with metal tools that can damage the non-stick coating.
• Clean the bottom of the pot and the heating plate surface thoroughly.
• Ensure recipes use enough liquid and avoid very thick sauces on high heat without stirring (if the program allows opening).

Test with water only. If U15 still appears, the bottom sensor may be faulty and should be replaced.
