Possible Causes
Loose internal fan (if equipped), Vibrating heating plate, Loose screws in housing, Noisy relay on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening the housing.
Checks:
- Some relay clicking is normal when switching heating on and off. Compare with previous behavior.
- If noise is new or loud, remove the bottom cover and inspect for loose screws or components.
- Check that the heating plate is firmly mounted and that any internal cooling fan spins freely without hitting wires.
Tighten loose screws and secure any rattling parts with appropriate fasteners or clips. If the noise comes from a failing fan or relay, replace the affected component.
