Water or starchy liquid drips from the sides or bottom of the cooker during or after cooking.

Safety first: Unplug the cooker and let it cool before cleaning spilled liquids.

Checks:

• Remove and empty the condensation collector cup on the side or back of the cooker. Clean it and reinstall firmly.
• Inspect the condensation channel on the lid and body for cracks or blockages.
• Ensure you are not exceeding the maximum fill line in the inner pot.
• Check the inner pot for cracks or pinholes, especially around the bottom weld.

Replace the inner pot or condensation collector if damaged.
