Possible Causes

Insufficient liquid in the bowl, Thick food stuck to bottom causing hot spots, Blocked air vents causing poor cooling, Faulty temperature regulation

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug and allow the cooker to cool before cleaning.

  • Check contents: Ensure there is enough liquid for the selected program. Pressure and rice modes require minimum water levels.
  • Clean inner bowl: Remove burnt or stuck food from the bowl. Do not use metal tools that can damage the non-stick coating.
  • Clean heater plate: Wipe the heater plate to remove any residue that could cause uneven heating.
  • Ventilation: Make sure the side and bottom vents are not blocked by objects or dust.
  • Retry: After cooling, add sufficient water and restart. If H1 appears quickly with adequate liquid, the temperature sensor or control board may be faulty.
