How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Check bowl: Ensure you are using the original Tefal bowl. Replace if the bottom is scratched, warped, or heavily worn.
- Clean contact surfaces: Wipe the heater plate and the outside bottom of the bowl to ensure good thermal contact.
- Avoid foil or extra liners: Do not place cloths, silicone mats, or foil under the bowl; they interfere with temperature sensing.
- Test with water: Run a program with a known amount of water and measure temperature with a kitchen thermometer. If readings are far off, the sensor or PCB may need replacement.
