Possible Causes
Open main heater element, Failed heater relay/triac on PCB, Broken wire between PCB and heater, Blown thermal fuse in heater circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before any disassembly.
- Check for warmth: After 5–10 minutes of a cooking program, carefully feel the outside of the cooker base. If completely cold, the heater is not energizing.
- Listen for relay click: At the start of heating, you may hear a faint click. Absence of this may indicate a relay/triac issue.
- Advanced check: A technician can open the base, measure heater resistance, and check continuity through the thermal fuse.
- Repair: Replace the heater element, thermal fuse, or power PCB as required.
