• Clean valve assembly: Remove the steam release valve, float valve, and anti-block shield. Clean all parts with warm soapy water and a soft brush.
• Check valve gasket: Inspect the silicone parts for cracks or hardening. Replace if worn.
• Adjust recipes: Avoid overfilling and reduce foamy ingredients (e.g., split peas, pasta) or use oil to reduce foaming.
• Re-test: Run a water-only pressure test. If steam still spurts continuously, replace the steam release valve assembly.
