How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Place the Thermomix on a stable, level surface and unplug before moving.
- Remove all load: Ensure the bowl is empty and nothing is touching the machine. Power on and check if the error persists with zero load.
- Perform scale reset: If your model supports it, perform a scale reset or calibration via the settings menu, following the official instructions.
- Check base for distortion: Inspect the underside of the unit for signs of impact damage or warping that could stress the load cell.
- Service requirement: If calibration fails or C12 persists, the load cell or scale electronics on the PCB may need replacement by an authorized service center.
