How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and unplug the unit. Allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Improve airflow: Move the Thermomix to a cooler, well-ventilated area. Ensure at least 10 cm clearance around all sides and above.
- Clean vents: Use a soft brush or vacuum to remove dust from the ventilation openings on the base and rear.
- Fan inspection (advanced): With the bottom cover removed and unit unplugged, inspect the internal fan for dust buildup or obstruction. Clean carefully and ensure it spins freely.
- Service action: If the fan does not run during operation or C20 recurs quickly, the fan or temperature monitoring circuit may need replacement by a technician.
