U03 appears and cooker will not start; often when the inner pot is missing.

Safety first: Never operate the cooker without the inner pot installed.

• Install correct pot: Place the original Tiger inner pot into the cooker. Ensure it is clean and dry on the outside.
• Seat pot properly: Rotate the pot gently to ensure it sits flat on the heater plate and does not rock.
• Check pot type: If you have multiple Tiger pots, verify the model number compatibility. Some induction or IH models require specific pots.
• Retest: Close the lid and start a basic program. If U03 remains, the pot detection sensor may be misaligned or faulty.
