Possible Causes
Lid not detected as closed, Inner pot missing, Program not fully selected, Faulty Start button contact
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the cooker is on a stable, level surface.
- Verify basic conditions: Confirm the inner pot is installed, the lid is fully closed and locked, and a valid program and time (if applicable) are selected.
- Check display messages: Look for icons or warnings indicating lid open, missing pot, or other conditions. Resolve those first.
- Test Start button: Press Start firmly. If other buttons respond but Start does not, the keypad contact may be worn.
- Power reset: Unplug for 10 minutes, then retry. If the issue persists across all programs, the control panel or PCB may need replacement.
