Possible Causes
Cracked inner pot, Overfilled condensation collector, Blocked condensation channel, Damaged inner lid seal
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker and let it cool. Do not operate with water leaking near electrical parts.
- Inspect inner pot: Remove the pot and check for cracks or pinholes, especially near the bottom seam. Replace if any damage is found.
- Empty condensation collector: Locate and remove the condensation collector cup on the side or back of the Tiger cooker. Empty and clean it, then reinstall securely.
- Clean condensation channel: Wipe the inner rim and any visible channels that direct water to the collector. Remove food residue or scale.
- Test with water only: Add water to the pot and run a short cycle while observing the base. If water still appears underneath, an internal seal or tank may be compromised and requires professional service.
