How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug and cool before inspection.
- 1. Clean contact area: Remove the pot and clean the heater plate and central pivot of any rice or debris.
- 2. Check pot rim: Inspect the rim for dents or bends. Replace the pot if deformed.
- 3. Inspect heater plate: From inside, check if the plate appears warped. From below, remove the bottom cover and inspect the support springs or mounts. Replace bent springs or the heater plate assembly if necessary.
Do not force a deformed pot into the cooker; this can damage sensors and heater.
