Multicooker vibrates excessively or moves on the countertop during operation.

Safety first: Ensure the cooker cannot fall from the counter. Do not leave it unattended if it is moving.

• Level the surface: Place the cooker on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Avoid soft mats that can cause instability.
• Check rubber feet: Turn the cooled cooker upside down and inspect the rubber feet. Replace any missing or damaged feet.
• Balance the load: Stir contents to distribute food evenly in the pot. Avoid cooking with very small amounts of food on one side.
• Inspect internal mounts (advanced): Remove the bottom cover and check that the heating plate and chassis screws are tight.

If vibration remains severe, internal components may be loose or misaligned and should be inspected by a technician.
