Slow cook or yogurt functions do not reach or maintain the correct temperature.

Safety first: Use a food-safe thermometer to verify temperatures; do not rely solely on perception.

• Check pot contact: Ensure the inner pot bottom is flat and clean for accurate sensor readings.
• Avoid cold drafts: Do not place the cooker near open windows or in very cold rooms when using low-temperature modes.
• Measure temperature: Run the slow cook or yogurt mode with water and measure the temperature after stabilization. Compare with expected values from the manual.
• Adjust usage: If temperatures are slightly low, you may compensate by increasing time, but significant deviations require repair.

If low-temperature modes are far out of specification, the temperature sensor or control PCB likely needs replacement.
