Inner pot is difficult to insert or remove; it scrapes against the housing or gets stuck.

Possible Causes
Warped inner pot, Bent cooker rim, Debris or dried food between pot and housing, Misaligned heating plate
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the cooker and pot to cool before forcing removal.
- Inspect pot shape: Place the inner pot on a flat surface and check for rocking or visible warping. Replace if deformed.
- Clean contact surfaces: Wipe the outer sides of the pot and the inside of the cooker housing to remove residue.
- Check rim alignment: Inspect the cooker rim for dents or bends. Minor bends may be gently straightened, but severe damage requires service.
- Inspect heating plate (advanced): Ensure the heating plate is level and not pushed up on one side.
- Avoid forcing: Forcing a tight pot can damage sensors and the heating plate. Replace the pot or have the housing repaired.
