- Check pot seating: Ensure the inner pot is fully seated and making good contact with the heating plate.
- Observe behavior: If the water is boiling on Keep Warm, the relay may be stuck on. If it is near room temperature, the sensor may be misreading low.
- Temporary workaround: Manually switch off Keep Warm earlier or use a lower-temperature manual mode if available.
- Service for control issues: Persistent incorrect temperatures require sensor or control board replacement.
