• Check fill level: Ensure food and liquid do not exceed the MAX line inside the pot, especially for starchy foods.
• Clean condensation collector: Remove the external condensation cup or channel (if present) and wash it. Clear any blockages in the drain path from the lid.
• Inspect inner lid: Make sure the inner lid is correctly installed and locked. A loose inner lid can cause steam to escape incorrectly.
• Clean lid gasket: Wipe the sealing ring and lid surfaces to remove grease that can cause poor sealing and excess condensation.
• Test again: Run a short program with water to confirm that condensation now flows into the collector instead of down the sides.
