Steam leaking continuously from the steam release valve even when set to Sealing.

Safety first: Keep hands and face away from the valve while hot. Allow the cooker to depressurize fully before disassembly.

• Remove valve cap: Once cool, remove the steam release valve cap or knob according to the Zavor manual.
• Clean thoroughly: Rinse the valve parts under warm water and use a small brush to remove food particles.
• Inspect gasket: Check any small silicone or rubber gasket in the valve for cracks or deformation. Replace if worn.
• Reassemble correctly: Reinstall the valve components in the correct orientation and ensure the cap can move freely between Sealing and Venting.
• Test with water: Run a short pressure cycle with water only to verify proper sealing.
